Dealing with Sore Media was as easy as ordering a coffee.  All I had to do was prepare the text for my website and have an idea of the layout I liked and they took care of it from there.  If there was an award for plain language, I would give Sore Media my No. 1; there was no jargon, no waffle, nothing I couldn’t follow.  They provided me with a clear, simple, step by step guide to updating the website myself.  I had a few queries outside of this and these were sorted over a couple of e-mails.  I had shopped around before coming across Sore Media but was put off by displays of technical information that I did not need to know, and were irrelevant to my purpose.  The service at Sore Media was superior to that on offer by companies charging in excess of twice the price.  If I was to sum up the experience in a few words, it would be

‘While the service provided by Sore Media doesn’t cost a fortune, the pleasure and ease in dealing with them was worth a fortune.'
